General Job Description:
- Maintaining or reporting equipment
- Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
- Setting up computer security measures
- Configuring computer networks
- Offering technical support on-site / remote or via phone or email
- Installing hardware and software systems
Requirements:
- Age below 24 years
- Minimum of G.C.E. O/L
- Minimum professional qualifications: Diploma in IT / Hardware / Networking
- Experience in Network installations / computer troubleshooting and software installations
- Good communications - written and verbal - and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with fellow team members and also independently
- Should have a valid license for riding motor bikes
- Knowledge in CCTV / POS Systems will be added advantage
