Customer Support Officer (Female)

Requirements:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English & Sinhala)
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Previous experience in similar role (Worked for an IT company is an added advantage)
  • Ability to follow instructions to scheduled deadlines
  • Experience in using customer service related software systems is an added advantage
  • Should have G.C.E. A/L qualification or above
  • Followed a course related to customer service is an added qualification
  • Age between 20-30
