Call Centre Associates

Cosmetic & Personal Care Sector

Ideal candidates should be able to:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Route calls to appropriate division
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Answer calls and coordinate with Branding Team
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

Candidate profile:

  • Sound educational background (G.C.E. O/L)
  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Sinhala
  • Knowledge in Tamil language will be an added advantage
