The Bank seeks to recruit dynamic results oriented individuals with a proven track record to the post of:

Branch Manager

Negombo / Tissamaharamaya / Kandy City

Job Role:
Lead the Branch in achieve set targets in terms of product sales, profitability and client acquisition, ensure smooth functioning of the Branch operations and motivate the staff to work towards the common business goals.

Profile:

• Degree and Qualification in Banking, Marketing, Credit Management or equivalent with more than 4 years experience in the financial sector
  OR
• G.E.C. A/L Examination and Part Qualification in Banking, Marketing / Credit Management or equivalent with more than 7 years experience in the Financial sector
• Should be a team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Age: Preferably below 35 years

Remuneration:
Performance based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on the qualifications and experience.
