The applicant should have positive outlook, be responsible, organized & people friendly with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Customer Support Coordinator

Job Role:

  • Answer Service Hotline
  • Manage Service Log and prepare Service Reports
  • Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure Customer Service requests are attended to and closed as per SLAs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification
  • Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Email
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial organization
  • Age between 20-25 years
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must
