Customer Support Coordinator
Job Role:
- Answer Service Hotline
- Manage Service Log and prepare Service Reports
- Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure Customer Service requests are attended to and closed as per SLAs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification
- Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Email
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial organization
- Age between 20-25 years
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must
