Assistant Manager – Human Resources

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource functions of the employee life cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all recruitment functions of the company by sourcing suitable resumes through advertisement, reference & job portals and manage records for reference.
  • Responsible for issuing and maintaining employee records and personal flies.
  • Oversee staff attendance and compile reports as requested by the Management.
  • This includes daily monitoring and updated the attendance system as required.
  • Carryout staff welfare policies.
  • Responsible for office infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • A professional qualification or degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources
  • The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Ms Office Packages.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and excellent people management skills.
