Operations Manager

​Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Manager Operations will be responsible for day to day operations, managing the organizations branches
• This position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organizations operations function
• The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
• Formulate and Implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
• Monitor operational plan

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years' experience in Finance company or Baking Industry
• Knowledge and experience in organizational & operations management implementing best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
• Demonstrated leadership ability
