ESOFT is a leading company in the field of Education and Training and currently has 45 branches across the country.

We have an immediate requirement for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources – recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, legal compliance and all other aspects of personal management.

HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR qualifications (Diploma / Degree, Professional qualifications, etc)
  • Relevant HR experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Be well-organized and proficient in dealing with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have excellent analytical skills.
  • Be able to manage the HR requirements of the entire group.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Age 28 to 40 years.
  • If selected, should be willing and capable of taking up the post on short notice.

Salary and benefits will be above industry standards and will depend on your abilities and contribution.
