Assistant Manager - Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Division in the managing Marketing, Advertising, Product Development and Promotional Activities of the PEO TV brand
• Prepare marketing communication strategies (ATL, BTL, TTL) to support overall business / brand objectives
• Liaise with external Agencies for creative, media handling, digital executions of the brand
• Set estimates and plan the Marcomm budget for the year and adhere to budgets
• Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements and marketing promotional material
• Identify, conceptualize and executive marketing communication campaigns
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies

The ideal candidate should:

• Be between 25-35 years
• Possess a marketing qualification in full / partly from a reputed body (CIM / SLIM) or Similar Qualification
• Have minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Brand Marketing
• Have excellent communication skills - English / Sinhala (Written & Spoken)
• Have strategic thinking and sound business judgment
• Have good CUstomer Relation Management skills
• Be enthusiastic, hardworking, dependable and responsible
• An excellent Team Player
