Assistant Manager - Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Division in the managing Marketing, Advertising, Product Development and Promotional Activities of the PEO TV brand
- Prepare marketing communication strategies (ATL, BTL, TTL) to support overall business / brand objectives
- Liaise with external Agencies for creative, media handling, digital executions of the brand
- Set estimates and plan the Marcomm budget for the year and adhere to budgets
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements and marketing promotional material
- Identify, conceptualize and executive marketing communication campaigns
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies
The ideal candidate should:
- Be between 25-35 years
- Possess a marketing qualification in full / partly from a reputed body (CIM / SLIM) or Similar Qualification
- Have minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Brand Marketing
- Have excellent communication skills - English / Sinhala (Written & Spoken)
- Have strategic thinking and sound business judgment
- Have good CUstomer Relation Management skills
- Be enthusiastic, hardworking, dependable and responsible
- An excellent Team Player
