Our operation in Sri Lanka has the largest library membership in the British Council global network and we run one of the largest British Council Teaching Centres and Examination operations in the world. Customer Service is core to delivering and supporting our services.
We are looking for energetic team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills for the following post:
Customer Services Officer
Location: Colombo
Contract: 10 months Fixed Term
Starting Salary: Rs.38,349/-
Purpose of the Job:
To provide excellent Customer Service to all customers interested in the full range of British Council events and activities and to meet and exceed customer’s expectations while enabling the British Council to meet its corporate objectives.
