Sous Chef

We are looking for a person with extensive experience in a star class hotel in Sri Lanka and/or overseas with a minimum 15 years experience in the Kitchen department and at least 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef. Should have a proven track record and the desire to delight the guests and to excel in achievements especially in the Eastern, Western, Chinese & A La Carte and also Knowledge in Pastry and Bakery will be considered as an added qualification. Recognized professional qualifications will be an advantage. The candidate should be below 50 years of age.

Restaurant Manager

Graduate from Ceylon Hotel School specialized in Food & Beverage and minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager OR 8 to 10 years' experience in Food & Beverage Department in a three / four star hotel. Age below 40 years.
