Digital Help Desk Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to desired personnel
  • Ensure high level of telephone etiquette and delightful customer care services to create a good business image and to uphold Brand value amongst stakeholders
  • Handle inquiries related to TABs/ Online applications/ Connectivity & other digital media
  • Distribution of digital media & provide first level support when troubleshooting

Eligibility:
To be successful in this role you would need to satisfy the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 passes in G.C.E. A/L with a IT qualification (Diploma on IT would be an added advantage)
  • Basic IT skills,  knowledge over digital media/ Devices & mobile Apps
  • Good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Experience in similar capacity would be an distinct advantage
  • Customer service mindset and an outgoing personality
