Assistant Managers

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the operational efficiency and highest level of service standards of the branch.

Requirements:

• Should have 5 or more years experience as an Executive in a Bank thoroughly conversant with branch operations, credit and other related areas
• Be customer centric, sales oriented and have a proven performance record
• Have good interpersonal, communication and marketing skills
• Be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives
• Willing to be based in any of our branches
• A degree or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
