Senior QA Lead

Job Overview:

• Lead and manage QA teams to achieve defined quantity standards
• QA process adherence, industry best practice usage, establishment of quality metrics and implementation of new tools and processes to ensure equality
• Analyze system requirements and identify test strategies that maximize test coverage
• Allocate tasks to team members according to the project plan and ensure successful delivery
• Prepare QA estimates and provide test management and reporting through the testing cycle
• Mentoring QA team members in acquiring knowledge gaps and fulfilling training needs

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's / Masters' Degree in Software engineerings, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' experience in software quality assurance with 2+ years experience in a leadership role
• Sound knowledge in all aspects of quality assurance and leading QA teams
• Have expertise in general QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Jmeter and Appium

Skills & Personal Characteristics:

• Excellent problem solving capabilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently 
• Desire to work in a challenging environment and willingness to learn new things
• Goal oriented and proactive attitude
