Assistant HR Manager (Male)

• Professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute
• Should have minimum 5 years of experience
• Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws and must be familiar with all modern HR strategies and administration procedures
• Should have knowledge and skills in manpower planning & recruitment, training & development procedures, salaries & wages administration, performance appraisals systems & disciplinary procedures & safety
• Strong oral & written communication skills are imperative as well as good organizational ability
• Should be able to promote HR activities, programs, social activities that will built loyalty of the employees towards the company
• Age below 40 years
