Call Centre Executive (Male)
Location: Head Office - Colombo
Candidate Profile:
- Self motivated and flexible towards working hours
- Fluency in English. Capabilities in other languages would be an added advantage
- Should have computer literacy including MS Office packages
- Age below 27 years
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through the phone and update Student Counsellors accordingly
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into the system
- Route calls to appropriate resources
Salary will not be less than 20,000 per month + Commission
No night shifts
