Quality Assurance Executive

Primary Objective of the Position:

• Investigate and solve customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Frequent visit to customer locations to evaluate the quality of delivered products
• Implementation of quality inspection modalities for the products prior to the distribution
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
• Provide recommendations on route optimization based on the customer complaints and requests

Qualifications:

• G.C.E. A/L qualified in Science stream
• 1 year's experience in the field of Quality Assurance
• Knowledge on relevant regulatory requirements
• Possessing a valid motorcycle riding license is a must
• Strong computer skills on MS Office Packages
• Good verbal and written communication skills

You will be trained to undertake developmental changes in many areas of the organisation in a multi disciplinary work environment directly reporting to the senior management.
