Executives - Finance

The ideal candidate who should possess with high degree of trust and commitment to assist our corporate finance division, reporting to General Manager - Finance & Administration, these positions will be responsible for the following:

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform and control the company's finance processes and procedures
• Preparations of monthly management reports and analysis
• Prepare & submit all the information required to management decisions and final reports
• Perform general and subsidiary ledger reconciliation
• Preparation of Annual Budget and deviation analysis
• Periodic calculation of Tax liabilities (VAT/NBT/Income Tax), maintaining records & filing Tax returns
• Managing Petty Cash payments and reimbursements
• Verify and clarify payment transactions
• Keep records and maintain documents timely
• Manage the system interface expectations

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Completion in G.C.E. A/L (Maths or Commerce stream)
• Fully or partly qualified in ACA / ACMA / ACCA  with a Degree in Finance / Accounting / Physical Science or Business Management
• Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages
• Possess excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a computerised environment, especially in a ERP System & MS Office Packages
