Principal Responsibilities:

• Optimise the use of social media for passive candidate sourcing and proactively building a robust candidate pipeline for frequent and critical roles
• Broaden horizons and exploring international market to attract candidates promoting diversity in recruitment
• Maintaining and improving Dialog Careers Portal
• Build and improve the Talent Acquisition strategy
• Coordinate Annual Summer Internship Programme with external partners
• Ensure compliance with the Dialogs recruitment strategy to ensure meeting of business recruitment requirements
• Maintain full knowledge and understanding of functional standards for Talent Acquisition, performs responsibilities in full compliance with standards, policies and procedures
• Implement best in class practices and streamline the Talent Acquisition process in order to ensure maximum operating efficiency 
• Increase employer branding by contacting universities and attracting graduates for project based or entry level programs
• Build strong internal and external relationships resulting in increased employer branding and awareness
• Provide content for posters and newsletters along with any other creative ideas for Employee Branding

Person Specification

• A Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification from a recognised university
• Qualification in Human Resource Management will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years' working experience
• You should have the aptitude in written & verbal communication skills, presentation skills, report writing and should be IT literate
• You should possess the ability to successfully work under pressure as a self-motivated team player and further should have the capacity to work independently and coordinate between multi-disciplinary internal teams
• Tactical mind-set combined with a strong capability in analysing data and interpersonal skills are vital competencies
• You should display effective time management and skill prioritisation capabilities
