We are a reputed Finance Company, registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, and a member of the prestigious Abans Group of Companies. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic person for the undermentioned position to play a crucial role in our branch office. The ideal candidate should comply with the following requirements.
Manager - Gampaha Branch
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 8 years' experience in Credit Control & Sales Pormotion
- Should have minimum 4-5 years experience in Motor Vehicle Leasing with excellent track record
- Good leadership qualities and ability to efficiently lead a team of 20 personnel
- Should be capable of achieving set targets successfully
- Fluency in Sinhala and English languages is a must
- Should have good computer literacy
- Excellent PR & Negotiation skills
- Age between 35-40 years
- Should hold a valid driving / riding license
- Holding a similar position in a finance company will be a definite advantage
- Applicants from Gampaha area will be given preference
