Browns Thermal Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. (BTEL) is a fully owned subsidiary of Browns that manufactures heat exchangers for the auto and non auto segments including automotive radiators, locomotive radiators, non auto motive radiators, oil and air coolers, and driers. we are currently in the process of recruiting the most competent candidate for the below position.

Sales Coordinator

• Coordinating between inter-departments, branches and following up on documents
• Cross checking and updating sales orders with invoicing and preparing reports on a weekly / monthly basis
• Conducing follow ups on branch stock orders and inter-department orders
• Assisting in Sales related Administration work
• Maintaining files for invoices received by warehouses
• Attending Sales and Technical meetings and updating sales inquiries and tenders

Eligibility Requirement:

• G.C.E. O/L, G.C.E. A/L with full or part qualifications in Marketing obtained from a recognised institute.
• Should have basic knowledge in Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
• Ability to work in computerised environment
• Should be a confident and dynamic team player
