The Colombo Fort Hotels Group is looking for a young and dynamic personality to work in one of their resort hotels. The ideal candidate should have past work experience in reputed four to five star class hotels in Sri Lanka or overseas and those who are holding departmental head positions may also apply. In addition, the prospective candidate should have the following: 

Assistant Manager

• Age between 35 and 45 years and should have a pleasing personality
• Be conversant in the English Language and attend to customer requirements efficiently
• A good knowledge in Food & Beverage operations and Housekeeping
• Qualifications from Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management or a recognised hotel school will be a distinct advantage
• Be flexible and willing to work long hours
• Should possess effective administrative and training skills and be able to handle all staff related matters
• Should be able to work in a computerised environment
