Personal Assistant to Director / CEO
Applicant Profile:
Should possess knowledge on the Financial Sector, and have sound knowledge on working in a regulated working environment. The work should be conducted diligently and efficiently. Should also possess knowledge and expertise in the following areas.
Experience & Skills:
At least 2 years experience as a team coordinator / PA / Secretary / Admin role
Ability to work independently and have good interpersonal skills
Planning:
Ability to prioritise administrative duties, organise and prioritise work for self and CEO in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands
Capacity to balance the need to operate independently or work as part of a team, as tasks require
Team Building:
Ability to provide reliable administrative support to SSE team members and maintain a positive team spirit.
Communication
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally and contribute to a positive team
Dynamic:
Well developed writing skills with high attention to detail
Interpersonal:
Well-rounded interpersonal skill set, good attention to detail and organisational skills with the capacity to build strong team relationships, work effectively in team environment, and initiate process
IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be proficient with MS Office packages
Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, basic PowerPoint, email and internet software packages
Behavioural Skills:
Problem solving, communication skills, influencing skills, project management, results orientation.
