Prerequisites:

• Should be young, energetic and passionate in Human Resources Management
• Foundation / Certificate level HRM qualifications from IPM or recognised institute
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• High level of computer literacy
• Self motivated and flexible on working hours
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar capacity
• Preference will be given to applicants who are living within the daily traveling distance to Colombo
