Customer Care Assistant
The ideal candidate should be:
- A young and energetic candidate below 25 years of age
- The ideal candidate should have a sound educational background
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle customer needs at the highest quality standard and evaluate the satisfaction levels
- Possess good communication skills in Sinhala, English and also Tamil
- Previous experience in the similar capacity will definitely be an added advantage
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply
