Business Development Manager

Job Profile
The Business Development Manager is responsible in handling a team of Product / Field Managers towards achieving the marketing objectives of selected product lines / Agencies. Also He / She is required to develop strategies to exploit market opportunities, execute those strategies with the help of a cross-functional team, and deliver the sales volume and market share for the business.

Personal Profile:

  • Professional qualification in marketing with minimum five years' experience in handling a team of field / product Managers & Team Members promoting Pharmaceutical / Healthcare products
  • Ability to motivate, train and develop team members to ensure that set targets are achieved
  • Must be a customer-driven, self-starter and team player, energised in an ever-changing fast-paced business environment with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Pharma sales with a proven track record of advancement
