Customer Support Executive
Job Profile:
- Coordinate functions of the division to meet deadlines with set plans
- Prepare service team reports and attend to divisional correspondence and events
- Prepare schedules and follow up
- Executive corporate breakdowns on time while ensuring the customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Dynamic team player with good organising and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to be result-oriented and to work independently with minimum supervision
- Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of English with good telephone etiquette and computer literacy are vital requirements
- Professional qualification in technical knowledge and competent in three languages will be an added advantage
