Qualifications:

• A Degree in HR and/or Business Management would be an advantage.

 
You Will:

• Gain exposure to world class HR processes and practices
• Have the Opportunity to specialise in a HR function (Recruitment/ Performance Management/ L&D)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Sound Interpersonal and Analytical skills

Soft Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills ( verbal and written )
• Be a good team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be creative in finding solutions
• Flexibility in adjusting to extended work hours
