Assistant Manager - Cards Activation & Programme Implementation

Job Profile:

• Understanding and managing card customer lifecycle
• Ensure adequate portfolio engagement programmes are conducted
• Assist in developing a marketing strategy for customer early engagement, dormant card activation, pre-emption and re-activation using all distribution channels
• Manage Pro-active anti-attrition strategies to the card base
• Ensure programmes are evaluated bi weekly/monthly and reported to Senior Manager
• Ensure perfect coordination between gathering MIS and sending information to Central ops to release offers
• Maximise the effectiveness of the Card member lifecycle by harnessing best practices from GNS initiatives for local implementation and making use of available data through MIS team
• Assist in executive relevant programmes
• Liaise when required with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of material
• Adhere to brand guidelines and quality of material produced
• Review the current promotions in the card market

Prerequisites:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Bank / Financial institution
• Exposure to Data Management / Analytics / project and programme management is preferred
• Exposure in handling Marketing Events / Promotions will be an added advantage
