Customer Service Assistant - Amex Call Centre

The ideal candidate:

• Candidate should be between 18-23 years of age
• Minimum 5 Credit passes at G.C.E. O/L examination including Mathematics and English with 2 passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination including General English
• Willingness and ability to work on shift/rotational shift basis
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Possess excellent communication skills in either Sinhala or Tamil (spoken and written)
