Client Centre Executive - Service / Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers on routine inquiries and requests over the phone
- Achievement of pre-defined performance targets based on quality, sales and efficiency
Eligibility Criteria - You should be:
- School leavers and part time students are preferred
- Enthusiastic, with a flair for Customer Service
- Fluent in English and Sinhala, being conversant in Tamil would be added advantage since the Contact Centre handles inbound calls of all three languages
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target oriented
- Flexible to work on roster basis since the Contact Centre operates 24/7
- Willing to work during weekends / Bank holidays
- An excellent team player
