Customer Relations Executive (Help Desk) Cum Receptionist

Helpdesk Duties
Job holder will be responsible in attending to daily operations of the "Help Desk" functions which includes receiving complaints / requests & queries from the customers while attending to relevant follow-ups, reporting and problem escalation and resolutions.
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries couriers
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
The candidate must possess good listening skills with sound telephone and customer relationship skills, good knowledge in MS Excel and a fluent in English language - written and verbal.
A minimum of two years experience in an IT company Help Desk operations / customer service is preferred.
The remuneration package will be commensurate with your drive, experience and qualification but mainly based on the value you can deliver to KBSL.
