Manager - Human Resources / Admin
Responsibilities:
- A pro-active manager who could assist us in the recruitment process
- Conduct performance appraisals, carry out training need analysis and prepare the training calendar
- Be fully responsible for the maintenance of personal files and leave balances
- Handling of EPF and ETF registration issues, submission of data to the management as and when required
- Preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letters, maintain records of the company's head count
- Be required to attend to LT matters
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Lead all Admin Staff and oversee all operations and logistic teams and maintain high standard of excellent customer service
- Any other work assigned by the Management as and when required
Experience Required:
- Six years to Eight years HR & Admin experience in similar capacity is required
Education Requirements:
- Degree in HR & Admin field required from a recognised university
Communication Skills Requirement:
- Excellent writing and communication skills and negotiation skills
- Should have excellent strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent PR skills
- Ability to maintain a good relationship with staff
Age below 50 years
