Executive - Secretary to AGM - HR
The candidate should be pleasant, dynamic, result oriented. She should possess effective communication & writing skills in order to provide efficient secretarial service and requires the ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
Profile:
- A Diploma in secretarial practice from a recognised institution
- Quality in G.C.E. A/L Examination with 3 credit passes and 5 credit passes in G.C.E. O/L including Mathematics & English
- Ability to handle all Secretarial work independently with minimum supervision
- preferably 3 years' HR secretarial experience or HR Experiences in Financial institution
- An excellent of both English and Sinhala languages
- Sound computer literacy
- Preferably below 35 years of age
