Receptionist Cum Telephone Operator
Job Role:
- Welcome all customers / patients in a courteous manner and direct them to respective division / units promptly
- Accomplish Telephone Operations without any failure
- Measure the received calls / inquiries 100% promptly, accurately and professionally
- Provide information and telephone numbers required by customers / patients and staff
- Assist Marketing & PR duties as assigned
- Keep Immediate Supervisor well-informed of activities, result of efforts and problems identified
Eligibility Requirements:
- O/L & A/L
- Diploma in Computing
- Good Communication in English language
- Quick learner & a good team player
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Receptionist or a Telephone Operator could be an added advantage
