Customer Services Officer
Purpose of job:
This role will provide excellent Customer Service to all customers interested in all of the British Council’s activities including our English teaching operation, examinations. UK higher education, and our library and cultural operations. The Customer Services Officer must meet and exceed customers' expectations, and support the British Council in meeting its corporate objectives.
Based in: Colombo
Eligibility: Sri Lankan citizens
Starting salary: Rs.38,820/-
Contract: Indefinite contract from August 2014
