Senior Executive - Talent Engagement & Development

The Job:
Your primary job role is to assist the Manager - Talent Engagement & Development (TED) in the talent management initiatives of approximately 179 executives in the company. You will assist the TED in the areas of Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Training & Development, PRAISE, STEP and all other executive HR related matters of BLI Cluster. You will also be required to work on certain special projects such as Automation of TED Administration Functions, Developing Dash Boards etc. Liaising and coordinating with Corporate Human Resources Division and Accenture Lanka, in aligning company HR systems, practices and policies and implementation of same at the company will also be attached to the responsibilities of your job role.

The Person:
You should preferably hold a degree / diploma or any professional qualification in HR. You should possess a minimum of 4 years experience in the capacity of a Senior HR Executive or 2 years' experience in the capacity of an Assistant Manager - HR. You should have a good understanding of the human psychology and possess a fairly comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office. You will be assertive, self driven and possess emotional resilience to withstand work pressure. Whilst being a great team player you will display strong leadership qualities. You should be empathetic, approachable, positive minded and dynamic and should display effective time management and skill prioritization capabilities. You should have the aptitude and competencies for problem solving and good communication skills.
