Customer Care / Call Centre Associate

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiry handling
  • Basic documentation and CRM database Management
  • Operational administration
  • Answer calls and respond to emails of customers

The ideal candidates should:

  • Be below 27 years of age
  • Possess a sound academic background with G.C.E. A/L
  • Possess excellent written and spoken command of English language
  • Knowledge in Tamil language will be an added advantage
  • Be able to liaise and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Have good telephone etiquette, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply
