F&B Department

Secretary to F&B Manager - Junior (Executive Grade)

• A personable young lady, smart and efficient with an excellent command of the English language and with proven secretarial skills. Computer literacy is essential. This position is in the Junior Executive Grade.
• An attractive salary is offered to the above position which involves a 5 1/2 day working week. Other pre-requisites include free duty meals, entertainment allowance and a pleasant working environment.

Barman

• With at least 2 years experience in a star class hotel. With knowledge in handling excise procedures preparing daily records

Hostess (Restaurant & Bar)

• Candidates should be below 25 years of age with pleasing personality and a good command of English language, foreign languages is an added advantage.
• The applicant should possess a basic knowledge and experience of restaurant bar services. Also should possess at least one year in a similar capacity in a reputed hotel / restaurant.

Front Office Department

Receptionist (Male / Female)

• The ideal candidate should be computer literate (Advance Taurus System) in the age group of 25-35 years with a good educational background, possessing excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal and should be thorough in handling hotel reservation and public relations. Knowledge of foreign language a distinct advantage, Should possess at least a year's experience in a similar capacity in a Star Class Hotel.

Kitchen Department

Chef-De-Partie / Demi Chef-De-Partie / Commi I

• Candidates should be below 35 years of age with at least 2-3 years' experience in the same category in a star class hotel.
