Export Executive
Location: Matugama
The ideal candidate should be below 35 years of age and possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification. A diploma in Shipping or any other related qualification will be advantageous. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity is required while exposure to the Apparel industry will be a definite advantage. Knowledge in export documentation, computer fluency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team are key competencies sought. Applicants residing in the Kaluthara and Matugama areas are preferred.
Main Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Preparing complete set-off documents pertaining to export documentation
- Getting all required documents attested form the relevant authorities
- Coordinating closely with the logistic / shipping company agents for scheduling and booking of shipments to ensure smoother and timely delivery of cargo
- Handling other duties related to trading
