Intern - Learning & Development - People Management & Development
The ideal candidate will be based on MillenniumIT's People Management and Development Division. The aim of this programme is to provide dynamic young professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and practical challenges surrounding People Management & Development, from the basic to the latest approaches in Learning & Development.
The Job:
The position directly reports to the Learning & Performance Management Specialist and will be supporting the Learning & Development Executives in the team to manage operations.
- Liaising with vendors for programme registration, programme scheduling and payment
- Supporting logistical arrangements for training programmes, by coordinating the liaising with internal stakeholders
- Maintain training records and timely updating of internal database and systems
- Supporting specific learning and development projects
The Person:
- The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources
- Sound written and oral communication skills and proficiency user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong, relationship building ability coupled with interpersonal skills, with a service delivery attitude
