The Battery Strategic Business Unit (SBU) is the sole distributor for automotive batteries such as Exide, Dagenite and Lucas and we are currently in the process of recruiting the most competent candidate for the above position.

Junior Executive - Customer Care

Job Role:

  • Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are attended on timely manner, and provide efficient customer service at all times
  • Collect orders and handle sales and administrative matters
  • Send out quotations, and based on records received by the services, provide relevant documentation and final invoicing

Eligibility Requirement:

  • G.C.E. A/L, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing / Sales from a recognised institution
  • Minimum two years' experience in relevant field
  • Should posses strong communication / PR skills and be dynamic team player
  • Excellent command of oral / written English
