Director - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Director - Human Resources will help formulate and implement sound Human Resources practices to ensure smooth operation at the hotel.

Person Competencies:

• Strong Human Resources skills with sound knowledge in industrial Relations
• Excellent communication skills with outstanding interpersonal expertise (Oral & Written in English and Sinhala languages)
• Expertise in Planning, Organising, Budgeting & People Management skills
• Presentation skills and Computer literacy

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate should have a balanced, focused mindset on team development and staff motivation and should be willing to move along with all levels of employees and management while maintaining hotel standards
• Hotel & Tourism sector expertise will be an essential requirement with sound background knowledge and experience in Learning and Development
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management position in the hospitality industry will be a definite qualification
• Diploma / Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management
• Learning and Development Qualifications
• Should be in the age between 30-50 years
