Receptionist / Administration Assistant
Responsibilities include day to day administrative work as well as receiving clients and directing them to the relevant person / department. Although the candidate will be reporting directly to the General Manager Volvo Cars Sri Lanka, liaising with the Marketing and Sales team will be a day to day requirement.
Applicant must be fluent in English and is required to possess basic secretarial skills. She should preferably be below 30 years of age well equipped with a pleasant personality. Please note the job entails a high level of responsibility and dedication. Previous experience will be an added advantage.
