We require the services of a dynamic, result oriented and highly motivated individual to be a part of our team in the following capacity.
Junior Executive - Reservations
The ideal candidate should be between 25 to 30 years of age and possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity is essential to perform this role. Fluency in English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to converse in different languages, ability to work long ours under pressure, and computer literacy are key competencies sought.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
- Handling guest inquiries
- Informing travel agents regarding the availability of hotels
- Entering reservation details to the system
- Corresponding with hotels and preparing the occupancy report
