Trainee Business Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the organization / project teams with all activities included in the role mentioned below, in an effective and efficient manner: 
• Effectively gather requirements at client-site projects 
• Business process mapping and re engineering. 
• Participating in teams to structure analysis, assess findings and develop re commendations. 
• Capture business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshop, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and work-flow analysis    

Experience & Qualifications:

• An IT / Business Graduate from a recognized university or professional body    

Skills & Personal Characteristics:

• Possess very good English writing and documentation Skills Possess an analytic mind 
• Should possess good organization and time management skills
