Senior Manager - Human Resources

Job Scope:

• Responsible for day to day operations of the HR department
• Handle Domestic and IR matters as and when required
• Assist Senior Management in formulating HR strategies and HR related business plans
• Assist Senior Management in carrying out HR initiatives
• Lead the recruitment & selection process adhering to KPI's

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Management
• Active membership of a reputed HR professional body will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar job role
• Must be a young, dynamic, self-motivated team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Exposure in implementing Processes / KPI & other HR related score cards
• Able to perform under pressure
• Good literacy in MS Office
• Age below 35
