The Role:
The role entails providing front office services including customer services, with the purpose of ensuring the company's front office functioning in an effective and efficient manner.
Person Specifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands on experience in front desk operations in a customer oriented working environment
- Possess experience in a Call Centre would be a distinctive advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette and sound knowledge in customer care
- Female candidates below 35 years of age area encouraged to apply
