Hemas Maritime (Pvt) Ltd which is a subsidiary company of Hemas Holdings PLC is in search of a Dynamic and Experienced candidate for the following position.

Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2-3 years of similar experience in a reputed organisation
  • The ability to prioritise and organise daily activities including correspondence and cooperate calendar management
  • The ability to source out and negotiate with vendors of all office requirements
  • Good command of English language
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office package

Qualifications: 

  • G.C.E. A/L
  • Having completed a secretarial course would be an added advantage
