Senior Manager HR Operations

Job Profile:

  • Be a partner to the business by managing  HR Operations
  • Ensure the smooth and error free administration of the Bank’s compensation and benefits
  • Responsible for all statutory payments and be the custodian of the EPF fund.
  • Ensure timely execution of the performance management process
  • Responsible for maintaining updated Job descriptions, Organisation structures and timely completion of job evaluations
  • Administer HR Services including the issuance of staff uniforms & accessories
  • Custodian of the HRMS and attendance systems
  • Handle the disciplinary process of the bank

Special Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of self motivation
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with modern HR processes & strategic frameworks

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 9 years of working experience in a Bank/Financial Institution / Service industry with hands on experience in Human Resources Management
  • Out of the total experience 5 years at managerial level
  • A Degree from a recognised University or a Professional Qualification in HR
  • Possessing a MBA from a recognised institution would be considered as an added advantage
